Mindful Meditation to Rediscover The Good

Sometimes it's tough to feel good about ourselves. After all, we are our own worst critics. We might get lost in the minute details about a project we could've handled differently or feel a sense of existential dread when we come across new job or big life announcements from our peers on social media. We wonder, what am I doing with my life, or why can't I be smarter, prettier, or more accomplished at this point in my career?

This type of negative self-talk can manifest as truths in our minds and further decrease our motivation and self-esteem to go after what we truly deserve. This meditation will remind us to go from being our worst critics to being our biggest cheerleaders—because we all deserve to be reminded of our greatness.
