One of the many reasons we love meditation is that there is no one way to meditate. In fact, you don't even need to be still to do so. Meditation involves turning our attention inward, no matter where or what that looks like to you. Movement meditation, like this one, helps you notice the sensations and patterns that come up in your body and mind as you go through motions you would otherwise experience without a second thought.
