Mindful Meditation for Eating with Care and Intention

For many of us, our relationship with food isn't as intimate as it could be. We may scarf down a protein bar on the way to work or rush through a desk salad during lunchtime at the office. When we get home, we might mindlessly inhale our dinner on the couch in front of the TV. In fact, multitasking might be the only way we really know how to eat.

If we have the luxury of taking our time with our food, we can not only fully savor and appreciate our meal but also improve our gut health and digestion in the process. In this meditation, we'll make the act of eating into a ritual and experience the flavor and nourishment of our food.
