While much of our attention turns toward the future, we forget to realize the simple joys that lie in the here and now. Even when we're not experiencing those little wins, we can recognize that being alive and well is our birthright. Freedom is in every single moment, not just during our days off and not just on the days we're feeling our best.

So, no matter what your day looks like, whether you're working a full day at the office, running errands, going to class, or cleaning the yard, make some time and space for ordinary magic.
