Mindful Meditation to Reinforce That You Are Enough

As the meditation states, it's often hard to remember that we're human beings versus human doings. Many of us fall into a pattern of going through the motions each day, only briefly taking a moment to rest on the weekends or when we're on vacation. We almost feel like we need to earn rest depending on how much we were able to get done that day or that quarter, rather than loving and tending to ourselves simply for who we are.

Our bodies are incredible vessels, but it's not just about what they do for us. Let's carve out moments throughout the day to appreciate them for all they are and all we are with the help of this meditation.
