Unfortunately there is no decrypter for Cryptolocker. For earlier versions of PCLock there was a cure available, but no longer for the newest versions. See: http://blog.emsisoft.com/2015/05/05/pclock-uses-malicious-plugin-to-turn-wordpress-blogs-into-command-and-control-servers/
