It is very annoying when one reads weekly information from technical sites and promotions of another malware cleaner and anti-virus as the best, and, many people believe that they are 100% protected.

But there’s no “Block all network” function”. …and Windows 7 on its own is very hard to do this without a help of an anti-virus software (it’s my OS).
