Highlights

Even in the 21st century, the way we look at depression isn't the same as, say, diabetes. There’s still a lot of stigma and judgment around mental health, especially among people of color. As a result, there’s often a reluctance to seek help. Through my contributions in Verywell Mind, my aim is to normalize the conversations around mental health, empowering people to get the help they need.
